What's your refund policy for single issue purchases and subscriptions?
Once you access or download an issue that you have purchased, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase. If you don't want to subscribe anymore, you can cancel auto-renewal. You will still have access to your subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.

Note: If you are a resident of the European Union, you do have the right to cancel the purchase for a refund within 14 days beginning with the day after purchase.

Do you offer print copies?
Wing Chun Illustrated is foremost a print magazine. Each 60-page, perfect-bound, full-colour, glossy edition is available through the pioneering Print-on-Demand magazine service MagCloud who prints and ships our print edition worldwide. Since our print edition is done as Print-on-Demand, it's sadly not possible to purchase a print subscription. The current and back issues are all available in print.

How do I access my account on a Desktop?
Log into your account through the Wing Chun Illustrated Newsstand website. Click the login button in the upper right corner.

Can I access my account on an iOS and Android device with the same login?
If you have an iPad and an Android phone, you can access the account with the same login details. Desktop included.

What kind of payment methods do you offer?
We process payments through PayPal. You can either use your PayPal account or use your credit card (no PayPal account needed).

PayPal accepts all major credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If your credit card is not being accepted and you receive a message such as “The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number”, then it might be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your card is associated with a specific PayPal account, and you’re not logging in with that particular account.
  • Your card was associated with a PayPal account that has since been closed.
  • You have linked the card to a PayPal account, but have not yet confirmed it.
  • You have exceeded your card limit with the PayPal system.
  • Your email address is raising a red flag in PayPal’s system.
